Jarrett Krosoczka

Jarrett Krosoczka began his career as a writer for children while still an undergraduate at the Rhode Island School of Design, by illustrating educational readers. He had first book-- Good Night, Monkey Boy--contracted six months after graduation; it was published in June of 2001. He has since authored and illustrated eighteen books, eight of which are graphic novels. He has twice won the Children’s Choice Book Award in the Third & Fourth Grade Book category. Both of those awards were for his Lunch Ladyseries, which, like his Punk Farm series, is in development for a feature film. Mr. Krosoczka lives in Northampton, Massachusetts, with his wife, daughters and Ralph Macchio, their pug.
